Sekotong is an area located in the western peninsula on South of Lombok. In this place you will definitely find very friendly locals and not as many tourists as in the other places mentioned on this website. There are a few great beaches located in Sekotong, and the surrounding nature is stunning and quite untouched.

 

Visiting Sekotong can be done before or after visiting the Gili Islands. A speed boat transfer to the Gili Islands takes between 5 and 15 minutes, depending on the sea conditions and choice of island. For the road transfer a driver will pick you up from Sekotong and will take you to Teluk Nare. Departures are not scheduled so you can choose your departure time when making a booking. Once you have made your booking, you will receive your e-tickets by e-mail.
