Payment troubleshooting

If you have had a problem making a payment do not worry, your booking is held on our system but we need to receive payment before it can be released.

If you think you have paid but something went wrong just email us and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please provide as much information as you can about what you were booking. [email protected]

In most cases if something went wrong during the payment we advise you to complete a new booking.  In the unlikley event that you have been charged more than once we will refund you.
